Old Town Flowery Branch
Old Town Flowery Branch is a mixed-use development that will consist of 42 residential units and over 30,000 square feet of commercial space. The setting for this development is in the historic district of downtown Flowery Branch, Georgia. This development will consist of 4 main buildings; as well as townhouses, single family homes, a parking deck and ½ acre park.
The designed look of the 4 main buildings and the parking deck, will emulate the style of the historic Main Street buildings. This will give the entire development a timeless appearance. The goal is to provide modern housing and shopping while maintaining the historic look and appeal of the existing downtown area.
